ORDERING POLICY

Ordering through the Foodyss mobile application is simple and convenient. Our online store features a wide variety of food and non-food products, allowing customers to make purchases directly without any middlemen. You can choose to buy in bulk by adding items to your cart or make individual purchases by selecting ‘Buy Now’ on each product.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is available for all orders placed within the Foodyss mobile app, with prices listed in Indian Rupees, inclusive of VAT. Once your order and payment are confirmed, we aim to dispatch your items within one hour. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or contact number provided by you, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery to the correct address.

DELIVERY TIME

For food items, delivery is typically completed within one hour. For grocery items, delivery is generally made within one to two days from the order date. In some cases, delivery times may vary depending on your location and accessibility.

CANCELLATION BY SITE / CUSTOMER

As a customer, you may cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time for the chosen delivery slot by contacting our customer service team. In such cases, we will refund any payments made for the order. If we detect any suspicious or fraudulent transactions that violate our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel those orders at our discretion. Such transactions will be added to a negative list, and future access may be denied or further orders canceled.

RETURN POLICY - NO QUESTIONS ASKED

At Foodyss, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with a “No Questions Asked” return policy. Our Customer Service Department is available to assist with any issues related to your order. Upon receiving your package, please inspect it and notify us immediately of any damage or discrepancies. If we mistakenly send you an incorrect item, we will promptly correct the error at no additional cost.

Before returning any items, please contact our Customer Service Department for Return Material and shipping instructions.

RETURN CONDITIONS

If you need to return a product, initiate the return request within the day following the delivery. Refunds for returns will be processed through the original payment source within 15-20 working days. For undamaged items in their original, untampered packaging, refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days. Note that the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
